Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I called to disconnect because my bill went from $79.00 to $107.00 and the lady made me some promises if I would not disconnect. A bill down to $90.00, a $100.00 Visa gift card, and a free HD receiver. I called back to find out what to do with the old receiver and when I will get my gift card a man said we don`t give gift cards and if you want that you`ll have to bundle with Centurylink. LISTEN TO THE PHONE CALL Saturday Feb. 15 in the afternoon and you`ll hear the lie more than once."

    Your comment indicates that you had a past promotional offer that was over (the reason your monthly cost went up). We do have existing customer offers that we may be able to provide. These offers change periodically and are based on eligibility connected to your account history. Not all departments have access to the same promotional offers and we did have a Visa card offer in the past (this offer does have its own requirements before being able to be activated).

    As we do not have access to your account information through this avenue, you would need to contact our Customer Service at (800) 531-5000 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM. This is a great way for you to call us when it is most convenient for you to reach an agent to speak with. We do work very hard to answer calls as quickly as possible
