Claimant says:
"In May of 2017- Cyber Digital under Sales Mgr of Cyber Digital Brad Schulz charged me $10,000 to distribute affiliate business cards using the name of National Wireless to distribute the cards to local Pennsylvania community residents(where I , Ralph Granger live) with the information on the cards that would lead to the procurement of cellular phone service with Verizon or Sprint Companies. In June of 2017 I submitted a letter of resignation to Cyber Digital.s mgr Brad Schulz asking them to refund the unspent portion of my $10,000 funding which calculated to be $8000 + or - $500. I had distributed 400 business cards to various commercial offices (eg. local police forces) and not one person signed up for cellular services with National Wireless. I told the office mgr of C/D that their quotations to potential customers did not compare apples to apples and the office mgr, Nicole told me to mind my own business. So then I resigned sending 2 letters to Brad Shulz asking for my over charges of _ $8000 be returned to me. VTY Ralph Granger (complainer)"

"Cyber Digital offered to settle with Mr. Granger. Instead of negotiating in good faith, Mr. Granger filed a complaint with the Attorney General and stated to Cyber Digital that he has hired an attorney and that he was going to sue Cyber Digital. However, Mr. Granger never hired counsel... he is using this forum to defame and coercer money from Cyber Digital. All Mr. Granger needs to do is make a reasonable offer to settle."

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:

  • "Cyber Digital Sales developed a website for Mr. Granger as promised. In fact, Mr. Granger's website/business is running and making money. He has received commissions for sales generated from leads on his sight. Mr. Granger would probably be more successful if he would just right one blog or promoted his sight through social media. Internet marketing is not a get rich quick scheme. You must work your sight like any other job to be successful. To ask for a total refund indicates is unreasonable."
