"i am a limo driver. at 3 a.m i took my new 2016 kia sorento to the wash. as i was sitting in the truck,i noticed the guy as he was wiping my truck,he snapped off my rear wiper blade arm.he then picked it up assuming i would drive away. i pulled up and stopped, and confronted the man, and he said it was broken .of course it wasn,t.i drove around to front and told the socalled night man.what happenned.he said to me that it was broken when i drove in. i asked then why did he put the plastic sleave on and why wasn,t i told.i got nowhere. after putting in a 14 hr. night i was in no mood for this. i called 911 .they came and told me there was nothing they could do.they also told me they have many complaints at this car wash. the night man. told me the owner would be in at8a.m. so i came back. and of course he was not there. i called this morning and spoke to a girl that barely spoke english.it is very frustrating that they r getting away with this .can you help.my name is Joe Sciortino 516-870-2273.icalled Kia the part is35.00. i hope to hear from someone THANX,JOE"
