Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Credit One Bank deals me fits with crummy relations as to me a client. They do not allow all of payment I send them to be applied to my account-credit card, though it is more than minimum.

They hold the check till it is ''late,'' and pretend I got it there late. They say it takes 10 days to go through their system, 10 days to connect with my bank. 10 days to complete each step, each time to push 3 or 4 buttons?? They add to my account charges/excuses I did not authorize, and bill me.

I send them hundreds of dollars the last three months, and the amount total owed goes HIGHER ! though I have not charged anything. I started around $1700 + now it is over $2000! without me charging, or being late, except for the games they play. I can not call and talk to them about it since generally they play dreary miserable music, insisting ''your call is important to us.''

Recently I did get through and tried to talk with somebody with foreign accent, since those people work cheap. She wanted a long biography of name, zip code etc and I am sure it was right in front of her. She said to put me on hold, and after a few minutes I hung since she was not coming back. Total owed them should be about $1400+. Please help me, or tell me who will. It is hard to play even with them, a little as a customer and a big bozo credit card firm. cell 571/521-9861 Thank you for any cooperation."
