Claimant says:
"In April 2017 I visited Clyde's Tire & Brake for a front end allignment they charged me $79.99 for the allignment and informed me that i needed new tires and gave me a quote for 4 tires. I went somewhere else and got a better deal. They told me that when you buy new tires it is reccomended that you have the allignment rechecked. I went back to Clyde's Tire & Brake and asked them to recheck my allignment at that time i was informed by the owner that my truck was too long to go on the rack for the allignment. I told him that you charged me &79.99 plus tax for one 3 weeks ago. I asked for a refund and he said no,there are no warranty's on allignment's. I said you just told me that my truck was too long to get on your rack.  so your charged me for something you did not do . So i want my money back. He stated (so sad so bad). I visited him 2 more ti mes trying to resolve this issue to no avail. The public needs to be aware of the way he is cheating his customers."
