"I have been denied from Cigna Insurance once, and filed as follows an appeal process with them. I have been out of work unpaid now for three months probably going on four months now. With great due diligence from medical Dr's / notes they have given Cigna still has been dragging their feet on my case, and I have done my part by calling my representative I have been assigned to by the company. I work for a government company at a local nuclear site location, and they had done their part by paying me my amount each week since I am union for the 35 calendar days they are allowed to pay me. Now Cigna Insurance out of Delaware has yet to have the results from the second party "faxed" to them of the results/whether I am approved or not..."

  • Counter offer is the $4,000. I had messed up with the $3,000 part could not delete it and I want the total $12,029.80 for stress, and having to get behind on medical bills, and general bills. As well I will not go lower than the counteroffer at $4,000 though.....

  • This settlement does not super-seed any of the following either: Continuous pay weekly if approved by Cigna, and or the amount I'd receive for having to wait. . . Have question's in regards to this please follow up with me. . I am open for negotiation's as long as it is a fair counteroffer. . .
