"I CALL CALSTART PUMBING BECASE MY MATER BATH WAS CLOGGED UP. THEY CAME OUT AND CHECK OUT MY PROBLEM Y STATE IT CLOGGED UNABLE TO UNCLOG THE LINE. THEY STATED THAT MY LINE WAS NOT GOING TO THE MAIN LINE. I SAID OK FIXED MY BATHROOM THEY PUT IN A NEW LINE TOO THE MAIN LINE THEY NEVER CHANGE THE PIPING TOO MY MATER BATHROOM THEY DID NOT PLUG UP HOLD ON THE SIDE OF HOUSE FROM MY MATER BATHROOM. ALL THE STUFF WAS GOING ON THE GROUND I CALL CALSTAR ABOUT THIS PROBLEM THEY TELL I NEED A NEW PIPE FOR THIS. I STATE WHEN I CALL YOU ABOUT BATHROOM WHEN IT WAS STOPPING UP YOU SAID WHAT DID FIX THE PROBLEM. I CALL TO SOMEONE ELES TO MAKE SURE I WAS RIGHT THE PIPE IS NOT BROKEN IT IS HOOK UP RUN TOO THE NEW PIPE THEY PUT IN SO THEY PUT IN SOMETHING I DID NEED AND CHARGE ME CLOSE TO 4,000.00 AND MY PROBLEM WAS NEVER FIXED."
