Claimant says:
"In July of 2015, I hired William Freeman (Bbq Grills) to construct a smoker for my company "Street Meatz, LLC". At that point, I paid him $1750.00, which was the half down payment that he required to get started, with the second half due upon delivery. I asked if he could finish and deliver the grill by August 1,2015. He assured me that he could. After numerous texts and emails, I still do not have the smoker almost one year later.
Mr. Freeman has sent me receipts saying that I owe nothing further on the smoker. I asked for a refund in 2015, but he claimed the money was in the smoker. He has scheduled deliveries numerous times, never coming through as promised.... And there have been multiple excuses as to why. I have offered on many occasions to save him on delivery and pick up the smoker, which he has declined. He has had my company's money for almost one year and I have nothing to show for it"
