  • Provide proof and take them to court or your going to end up getting yourself sued for slander on burden of no proof.

  • Slander is Illegal with no proof..... Why didnt you just go to "small claims" if this is true?
I suggest you "take this to court or remove this" which 3 yrs later its going on now??? Before you get sued for filing a public claim/slander with nothing to back it up and the burden of proof seems false in your story and you lack of legal action.
I suggest to Baths And Floors, Inc. to seek council for damages to what seems as a false claim or "claimant"

  • You 1st Write this up top - "I have a contract and copies of checks given"
Then you state - "(Bath and Floors) agreed to perform work on my home and excepted cash payments of over $8,000.00."

So my question is, did you pay him 'cash' or 'write a check'???
Also can you state how many contractors have you put this thru before?

  • This is Baths and Floors, The agreement was $1,500 each week for the term of the job, what happen on week #3? Nowhere to be found to get paid, and the job started at $,6,000 then grew to $11,000 for a everyday ADD ON you requested, My question at hand is WAS I PAID FOR THE WORK ON CONTRACT??? $8,000 worth, YES. I didnt complete the rest "unless a day to day payment plan was in place" which you wouldnt agree with. When im working and 3 cars get repoed and the house is being forclosed on plus you we into bankruptcy as im working and you dont show up, i completed what i was paid for CORRECT? then wanted a payment plan on the rest but you wanted to pay in the end which in your case with all due respect, i seen what was to come of it. So i feel what i did was the right thing. I wish you and your family the best.
