"Area Concrete laid cement entry ways for halsted woods condo 05/20/2012. as soon as it rained we had standing water in our entry ways. They were informed that you may have to redo this so they drilled holes in the cement. less than 9 mos later some cement cracked. Started in March of 2013 called every week or two because he said I need to call all the time every week. 6 mos later Finally he came and filled the cracks. Now lower level condos are getting water. He needs to belly up and take of this or refund us at least Half our money back 5000. because I have to hire someone to take care of this mess. Owners cannot Live in wet floors. It will cost me more than that. AREA CONCRETE & CONSTRUCTION 8616 HARRISON ROAD WINNEBAGO ILL 61088 TOTAL BILL AMOUNT 10000.00 FOR CONCRETE JON K 815-218-7730
