  • On 18 April an additional rent of 650.00 as well as additional water and electricity charges will be due on top of the partial 1500.00 tenant suggests paying on the 20th of April.

  • May 10, 2012, Claiming party added:

  • We are currently awaiting a partial payment as promised by tenant earlier this week. We will meet with tenant on June 1 to collect final dues (being posted soon), inspection of the premises occupied as well as collecting the keys.
    This will take place on Friday June 1 or Saturday June 2 with the tenant and the owner or a representative with power of attorney will be present.
    The time will be agreed upon prior to this.
