Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I answered a Facebook ad for two products for the face. It was an introductory offer of $4.95 for each product with a total of $9.90 plus tax. There wasn't any agreement that I signed.

I just recently received a second bottle which I did not order. After reading what was said regarding Aluris on the web, I was/am afraid to use it so have discarded the products.

I have been caught before when you think you are contacting a reliable source because it is on Facebook, only to find out that they will subsequently begin to charge you an enormous amount and deduct it from you bank account, and continuing sending products you don't want.

They need to know they are being investigated. I'm writing them a letter and returning the product I just received, and sending a copy of the letter to my bank, and to my lawyer.
