"Was terminated from my position on 10/1/2018 as Maintenance Technician, Company refused to pay me for my accumulated vacation time of 159.78 Hrs, at 29.85 per hour, also company match money from my 401K retirement plan. This was time that I earned working as a employee.. I feel this is unfair treatment and wish to be paid for my time as a employee...."
