Claimant says:
"IN AUGUST OF THIS YEAR WE HAD OUR ROOF REDONE AND OUR ROOFER RETAINED A DUMPSTER FROM "ALL ISLAND" (PHONE # 631 367-6900) WHEN THEY PUT THE DUMPSTER ON OUR DRIVEWAY; IT WAS RESTING ON THE NEW CEMENT SLAB WE HAD BUILT FOR OUR OIL TANK ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE . ( I HAVE PICTURES) WHEN THE DUMPSTER WAS REMOVED, THE CEMENT HAD A RUSTED INDENTATION ABOUT TWELVE INCHES LONG AND A CHIP MEASURING ABOUT 5" X 5". (ALSO HAVE PICTURES) MY ROOFER CALLED THE COMPANY WHO SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO. THE ROOFER WAS EXTREMELY ANGRY AND DEMANDED HE COMPENSATE US FOR THE DAMAGE; HE REFUSED. (HE ALSO WILL NO LONGER USE THEIR COMPANY)

WITH THE ECONOMY THE WAY IT IS AND THE COMPETITION IN THE BUSINESS WORLD, YOU WOULD THINK "ALL ISLAND" WOULD DO THE RIGHT THING BY ITS CUSTOMERS. BUT APPARENTLY THEY DON'T CARE. NOR DO THEY CARE THAT EVERYONE HAS ACCESS TO THE INTERNET FOR SUCH COMPLAINTS FOR THE WORLD TO SEE! WE HAVE STARTED PROCEEDINGS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.. IF THIS THE WAY "ALL ISLAND" TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS, DON'T USE THEM!!"
