Claimant says:
"All access tickets CA 310 247 0033 they charged my wife $495.00 for 2 tickets to Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh PA , to see Jackie Evanko . She went on to what she thought was Heinz Hall web site , and this all access tickets took the order and charged her $ 495.00 for $80.00 worth of tickets. She bought them for her father for christmas. the show was on March 12 2013. her father said the seats were terrible , couldn't see her , hard to hear her sing. Him and his date left at intermission , they were so dissapointed . I didn't know what steps to take about this till a friend told me about this web site. NOW on top of this they charged my wife $ 37.23 sur charge for the tickets. that went to Collections , ETC. 620 584 8000. I don't know how this all access tickets over rode Heinz Hall web site and charged her $ 247.50 each for tickets that we found out only cost $40.00 each. I don't know what if anything can be done . she used her charge card to buy them . I would like my money back of course , at least maybe I can draw attention to this so no one else will fall a victim to this scam."

  • so explain to me and the public how you charge 495.00 for two tickets worth 80.00 . how do you come up with that ? other than ignorance,and taking advantage of someone. I see a sudden drop in your business . this will not stop with just me.

  • Do not use these CROOKS to buy tickets of any kind . They over charge you for terrible seats .

  • "It appears this claimant has a dispute with the third party marketing website that sold our seats to the client. This customer never ordered from our website. Our website does not have any kind of theme other than that it is a marketplace for tickets, it is very clear we are not the box office. "
