"EARLY LAST SPRING MY DOWNSTAIRS KEPT FLOODING (I HAVE A FURNISHED LIVING AREA)THERE. IT GOT SO BAD ONE NIGHT I LOOKED IN THE PHONEBOOK CALLED STEVE LANGDOC OF ADVANCED CONSTRUCTION. HE FOUND OUT I DIDN'T HAVE ANY DRAIN TILED AROUND MY HOUSE. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY HE MADE A MESS OUT OF MY YARD AND PROMISED ME TO FIX EVERYTHING. THAT STARTED IN APRIL AND HE CHARGED ME $5,000.00. THEN WE HAD TALKED ABOUT BUT NOTHING WAS SETTLED ABOUT INSTALLING A NEW DRIVEWAY. HE WOULDN'T SHOW UP FOR DAYS, I WAS PROMISED HE'D BE HERE AND HE WOULDN'T SHOW UP. THEN HE ASKED ME FOR MORE MONEY TO REPAIR THE YARD AND PAY HIS EMPLOYEES. HE WANTED CASH SO HE WOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON IT,
I SENT HIM NUMEROUS LETTERS TELLING HIM NOT TO COME BACK, HE WAS BASICALLY FIRED AND HE WOULDN'T SIGN ANY OF THE RECEIPTS. THEN EARLY NOVEMBER I WAS GONE FOR THE DAY AND WHEN I GOT HOME HE WAS JUST LEAVING, HE INSTALLED A NEW DRIVEWAY! THIS IS MY FIRST HOUSE AND MY CONTRACT SAYS ONLY TO FIX THE DRAIN TILE. HE NEVER CAME BACK TO FIX THE YARD, THERE ARE HOLES ALL OVER THE PLACE. THEY LEFT GARBAGE EVERYWHERE AND HE CHARGED ME $17,000 FOR THE DRIVEWAY AND AGAIN TO PAY HIS EMPLOYEES IN CASH. WELL DECEMBER CAME AND SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE HOUSE SO I CALLED A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR. IT SEEMS ADVANCED CONSTRUCTION DIDN'T DO ALL THE WORK THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. SO I HIRED ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO STRAIGHTEN EVERYTHING OUT AND HE TOLD ME HE WASN'T SO SURE THE DRIVEWAY WAS POURED RIGHT. PI'M SUPPOSED TO HAVE JOINTS INSTALLED FIRST AND I DON'T HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT HE DID. I TOLD HIM TO GET OFF MY PROPERTY AND THAT I HAD ALL READY FIRED HIM. MY OLD CONTRACTOR CHARGED ME $17,000 FOR NOT DOING THE JOB RIGHT AND THE NEW CONTRACTOR CHARGED ME AROUND $5000 TO FIX THE MISTAKES. AND I HAD ALSO TOLD THE OLD CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL A NEW SUMP PUMP AND HE NEVER DID THAT."
