Claimant says:
"I ordered 5 new windows from Ace Aluminum Inc. in October. When they installed them, I noticed they ordered the wrong window style. I said something to the installer immediately. He called the owner/salesman(Greg Herr), they assured me it was a simple fix, after they re-order the correct window style.(8 week delivery time.) So he said he will contact me the week of Christmas to install them. Never called I gave them till January 14th. I called and called the owner never returned any calls, after 1 week of no returned calls I stopped in and talked to Jack. He said that they take longer to come in and that they would be in January 30th. That date came and went, now no one is returning any call again!?

They ordered the wrong window style on 5 windows. They promised to replace them and never did. They also intstalled natural pine stripping."
