Claimant says:
"repossesion of my vehicle due to late charges and was only one payment behind. But paid it up on the 8th of august and on the 10th they came got my vehicle. That payment was due on the 24th of july. Know they have told me that i had to pay the balance of th truck before i can get it back. The total i left owing was $1,676.43 and i had paid for this truck since Dec. 07. I feel that was wrong even though i had quit a bit of late charges over the years to, due to my job shutting down. I just want to get some justice and they had gave me until 23 of aug. or they would sell it or auction it off. I dont have much transportation to get my 4 boys and pregant wife around. They came to Virgina to get it where we move to in april and i see if i was 2 or 3 months behind that would of been my fault. I was not recieving any income at the time but, we was managing with my wife income and my va disablity. Which i get 30 percent once a month. I just want to know if thats is legal or not and if its not i want something done about it and soon. I hope you can help me please."
