Claimant says:
"On Jan. 29th 2013 I placed a $500.00 wager on the Super Bowl with Topbet (Today Middle K.K.)using a Visa Card ending in 3768. When the wager was posted on my Visa card it was $518.68. I called Visa and they credited my account $18.68.
After the game I was CONGRATULATED by Topbet that I had won $750.00 and in a couple of weeks I would be receiving a tracking Fed Ex number for the $750.00 check.
After several weeks of not receiving nothing, I contacted Topbet and told them I did not receive a tracking number or my $750.00 check.

Here's where the plot thickens. They stated that Visa credited my account $518.68 not $18.68, therefore cancelling my wager! And if that wasn't bad enough,they have not even credited back my original $500.00. It's been two months and I have contacted Visa several times and Topbet multiple times. Topbet has told me that my $500.00 has be sent but Visa shows no record of such a credit.
The Manager at Visa is Mr. Bob Foster #614-776-7215 (who has contacted Topbet without success) The Manager at Topbet name is Virna Maigue #1-877-528-6748 ext.4202.

I have all of the e-mail correspondences to prove every word of this complaint.

  • I would accept a credit for my original wager of $500.00 to settle this dispute. I have been told on several occasions that TODAY MIDDLE K.K. has issued me a credit for $518.68 on my Visa account. Visa has told me repeatedly that no such credit has EVER been issued. I believe Visa because I have never seen any credit on my statements.
