Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Made a purchase online at theairdock.com. I recieved an email from them stating that my order did not go through. I redid the order, for whatever reason both orders went through. I contacted the company by email(only means available). They said they would refund the money of one of the orders if i refused receipt of one of the packages. Since i have refused one of the orders they have stopped communicating with me and ignored all future emails. The order numbers are "#2536" and "#2552". Order "#2552" is the one i refused receipt of at the post office."
