Claimant says:
"I was burned with stone on my right leg while getting a pedicure; these stones were to hot, The employee( named Patrick) took them out of the microwave, then came over and begin to touch my right leg with the heated stone, before even testing the temperature of the stone; this caused a burn on the lower right part of my leg; the employee begin yelling cursing and argumentative, I asked the manager for an incident report, by they had none to fill out. the city police was called and my burn was looked at by the Fire department; the burn is still there where the overheated stone touched my right leg. The complaint is that the business should be required to provide a incident form to customers who suffer a bodily injury while within there business, also there was no first aid or cpr kit offered to me; This should have been offered to relieve the burn pain from the incident;"
