Claimant says:
"Tax Masters told me they would be able to have my tax liability reduced to a fraction of what I owe. However, they did not do anything except help themselves to my checking account to the amount of $5,500.00 in four monthly debits of $1,375. They have not returned any phone calls, e-mails or faxes. I have had to hire a local tax preparer to handle my taxes. I have requested a refund from Tax Masters by sending them a fax to their Q & A dept but have not gotten any response from them either."
