"After the 60 min interview aired, I Bill Dennon called Lumber Liquidators direct and filed a complaint about flooring I have throughout my Home and a secondary home, I was assured I was safe. Continued tests and complaints are still coming out and i feel I was lied to and my family is in harm's way. I just had to put down my best friend and pet Logan due to cancer. I'm strongely wondering if this had an effect on him, a normally healthy active dog who slept on our floors everyday. My contact info is Bill Dennon @ 215-605-5665"

  • I'm strongly urging lumber liquidators to make good on the product that is listed and that I have as a very high formadihyde content. I'm only requesting to make it whole. I'll handle ripping it out and properly safely getting rid of it. I would like a replacement guaranteed safer product to replace with. I'll even install it. For gods sake put yourself in my shoes. What if it was your family. Certainly not being unreasonable.

  • The elevated cancer risk associated with Lumber Liquidators laminate flooring is well-documented. I am extremely surprised that Lumber Liquidators counsel has apparently not responded to you.

    Given that they have not (at least publicly) responded to you and the CDC found that the risk was three times higher than previously thought, I can only suggest that you file an individual lawsuit or join a class action lawsuit.

    It is additionally irresponsible for the company not to respond to an actual death from cancer. A dog would be more susceptible than an adult given its size and, as you say, the fact that it is habitually closer to the ground, and the same is true of crawling babies.

    The company did supply some consumers with testing kits. Did you receive one, and if so, what were the results? 

    Because off-gassing is usually higher when a product is new, you would have to account for the age of the floor.

    My condolences on the loss of your dog.
