Claimant says:
"I had reservations for dec.24 thru dec 27 thru the one eight hundre number, when i checked in no reservation was confirmed. I called the number back and they cofirmed my reservations and made the front desk accomidate me they were so worried about whether or not i went thru one of the websites such as expedia i was told nothing was available when the foun out I was paying the reg price then they helped me. the real problem is i have not had hot water since I checked in. the first two days i was told its busy just let the water run for about twenty minutes. the next two were they are working on it. i talked to the mamager about some kind of resolution or refund of some kind he offered me 32.00 off a almost 400.00 nill that hwas an insult to me considering i have no electricity the one thing i have at home is hot water, i wasted 40.00 just going back and forth to take a shower in a 30 dgree house, it is now 8pm dec 26 i check out on the 27, they were here to fix it but here it is 8pm they say its fixed and still no hot water. I am very dissatified with my stay here at the Best Western. I would like some sort of compiensation please."
