  • I ordered a lot of 100 Famicom games from eBay and did not receive my package .I have contacted the seller and they gave me tracking information and filed a inquiry .I used the tracking number and it stops at jersey city New Jersey sort facility. That was almost four months ago . the tracking number is CI012637174JP ..I talked to just about everybody at the Usps and most of them say that is weird and were no help at all, no one seemed to care,so I guess I'm out 310.00 dollars. Is there anything I can do, if not is there anyone I can complain to?

  • With the experience, I had with the, New Jersey sort facility usps, which was very unprofessional, saying they were tracking my package and not doing so, I think the next time I order something, I will avoid using the USPS, because of this bad experience and the fear that it will happen again.
