Claimant says:
"I Purchased a 2010 RZR4 800 from Viktor Amato. He stated that he was working in London, but his wife was in Olympia, Washington and so was the Polaris. He asled me to wire the money to Elite Cargo Carriers Inc. in London. I looked them up on the web and they appeared to be a reputable company. They indicated that they had recently been approved as a 'third party' I would wire the money to them as instructed by the seller and they would hold the money until they had delivered the Polaris. He would be paid upon my acceptance of the vehicle. Money was wired on 10/22/2013. on 10/25/2013 I emailed Elite CC requesting statius oftransaction. they replied on 10/28 that the money had been received and I would receive the vehicle on Friday morning 11/01/2013.
When I did not receive it on the 1st, I emailed them again to ask what happened. I received no reply. I have emailed (they don't provide a phone number) 4 times since and still no reply. Wednesday the 6th of November I sent an email to both the seller and Elite Cargo Carrier, telling them that I would turn this over to the State of Oregon Attourney General if I did not receive the vehicle or my money by Monday the 11th. If we can settle this through here, I will nol turn it over to the state. I do need to hear from someone so I know what the status is. Thank you."
