Both the recliners broke two weeks after purchase. the service dept has been out three times, it is still not fixed. We waited six weeks on parts they ordered to find out they are the wrong parts. Now they want to reorder parts so we can wait another six weeks and maybe they can fix it, the service after the sale is awful. I would not recommend Conns to anyone”
