Richard B. says: They are very attentive during the sales process. Once you sign the contract no one will contact you back with the information requested. They make promises they can't keep. The sales strategy they use monopolizes your day and is only good for while you are at the sales facility. You have no time to leave and discuss it or think about it then return a decision. We have attempted to resolve our issues without satisfaction. If anyone thinks about doing a sales presentation BEWARE!!! You will be promised things that aren't possible. They say they own majority of vacation rentals but when you attempt to book something it is o ky available 1.5 years out. They boast their availability but this is not true. We know have a vacation rental we pay for but are u able to use. DO NOT USE THEM!! Unless you book a rental directly or through someone else for Wyndham I would pass the vacation club up. They have beautiful facilities but will never get to use them.
