Claimant says:
"We own a Wyndham timeshare, a gift from my parents. The reason my parents gave it to me was because they could get rid of it. Traditionally Wyndham would block any attempt to sell or relinquish the timeshare. Recently, they began Ovation, a give-back program. I presume they were forced in some way to provide this option. We entered the program in December of 2016. We've been waiting for the paperwork to finalize the giveback, but Wyndham claims they are short on staff. In the meantime, we are forced to pay our monthly fee, which increase significantly each year. Lastly, we are not allowed to use the timeshare points we have accumulated but which we paid for."
