Kenneth S. says: First, their sales practices are very aggressive... They really don't seem to want to listen to the customers needs and details... They just make so many promises and claims until they hit a point that you will accept their offer... Then (in my case) they totally ignored the agreement and set my ad campaign up to the MAX that they had originally offered. Then as soon as I tried to call them out on their "mistake" they had me fill out an online "request for refund" form which they quickly denied. I just couldn't believe the unscrupulous and unethical business practice. And all this at a time where my business was in so much trouble in the middle of this global pandemic... and all under the auspice of helping me "save my business". Absolutely unbelievable!
