Richard W. says:
I am a veteran I fought for this country Home Depot refused to give me a credit line to buy a furnace in the dead of winter instead they sent us to synchrony bank who charged us 9.99% interest rate $6000 for a furnace through Home Depot then the furnace wasn’t even installed right why when we could’ve purchased a furnace at Home Depot for 1200 and put it in ourselves basically Sent us to the wolves to be ripped off knowing we had no choice I would like to know why this practice is acceptable at any level in any company
