    Claimant says:When i signed up for direct tv in july i was told i would get a 200$ visa gift card. i called customer service and was told it could take 6 weeks i called today and was told i was supposed to sign up on the computer within 1 week after insall of tv. why was i not told this in the beginning? that really is a poor way to treat a new customer.
