"We went to SummerWinds Resort program and we thought they were an honest company, but found out to late that they are not. Now we understand why one couple walked out saying that this company doesn't honor what they say. Now we know what they mean because everything they told use has been lies and we paid 10 thousand dollars for something we can't use and we want our money back or for them to live up to the promises they made/"

  • I, too, agree with your claim on fraud and bad business practice. Summerwinds is known for the lies and deceit that come from their business presentations. Their high pressure salesman could the Devil to patty-cake! Summerwinds knows this, and when they are called out on all of the lies that come from the presentation "they cannot control what their salesmen do." They tell you it's easy to refinance, easy to sell back, heck that they will take it back and refund you! The salesman are professional weasels who feed on your weakness. Oh, you were raised in a small town? So does he! You have a health issue? So do he! etc. etc. etc. They fish and get you talking until they find something your insecure about to coerce you to buying. You have marriage problems? Well, buying a "fractional ownership," which they say is NOT a timeshare, is the remedy to fix your marriage! Vacations are what bring families back together, and if you don't take advantage of the GREAT deal they are offering you, you fail as a father/mother/wife/husband and are scolded by them. It is RIDICULOUS!! This is not High School. We are people whose lives they are tampering with; ruining even! We are humans and I am certain anyone who works for Summerwind and/or a timeshare company have no soul. I feel as though the whole damn Chain of Command should have to sit down and be asked the questions we want answers to in the form of a lie detector test! They couldn't hide then. How dare they make dirty money from peoples weaknesses, as if we were puppets! I don't understand how they can sleep at night and have families like most of them do. They should be ashamed! Lies, Lies, Lies!! Do they not know every presentation they commit fraud? Of course, and they don't care. They are an evil child standing above an ant colony watching us squirm as they see fit. They CAN and SHOULD be sued for the deception they commit, if everyone would just get a backbone and stand up for themselves instead of turning the other cheek and letting them sock you right in the face.
