"I was scammed! I’m pissed! I paid $34.95 to start their search on 3/4/18 I was told I’d be contacted within 3-5 days I called 4 times, each time they told me they couldn’t find any of my information saved to my profile, each time I re-gave them my information and was told if be contacted with in 3-5 days! I called 2 more times to cancel they told me after $62.90 had been taken out of my bank account that I waited to long to request a refund for the $34.95 because they tried calling on the 11th - 03/11/18 and I didn’t answer and my 30 money back guaranteed had ended because I didn’t answer when they tried contacting me! I signed up on the 4th not the 11th and I contacted them 6 times!!!!! No where does it say 30 days money back guaranteed, no questions asked, UNLESS you refuse to take our phone call, then that voids everything except for your credit card information that we’re gonna continue to take money off of, that’s non refundable!!!! I’M PISSED! I was searching for money because I’m broke and in desperate need of money, I wasnt aware that I was signing up to give money away that I don’t have to give!!!!! Companies and people that work for companies like this should be thrown in jail!!!"

1. Refund: I called 6 times within the 30 days to cancel and y’all gave me the runaround everytime Apr 12, 2018 $62.90
2. Y’all withdrew $27.95 out of my account without my authorization with caused my account to overdraft, causing my water bill check to bounce, which resulted in my water being disconnected Apr 12, 2018 $85.00
