Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"on feb 10 i bought a cell phone from a and t. After maybe 2 weeks the phone stopped working. I returned the phone to the store .I was asked to leave the phone to be checked . this I did. The phone was again returned to me. Again within a few days the phone again failed. I returned again and asked for a replacement. I was told NO because I had the phone over two weeks. this was not true A@T had the phone as much as I did this can be proved by the lack of use by my phone#s. not knowing what to do I ordered a new battery from cell battery warehouse order #800297 address 1020 whis pering Pines suite F Grass Valley California. the new battery did not work. I feel as if I was knowling .sold a defictive phone. I would like the return of my money for the phone and the $10.00 I spent for a cover to protect it Also the $3.95 for postage.and the $3.95 I paid to return the battery for which I do have receipts."
