Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My Toyota was in accident. After repairs were done at Touch of Class repair shop I found my steering very stiff. Repair shop sent my truck to Sun Toyota for diagnosis. diagnostic   machine stated truck needed power steering pump. power steering pump was replaced by repair shop at Touch of Class, at my expense, because Geico said it had nothing to do with the accident. I told them that the power steering was fine before the accident.

Because I needed my truck, i drove it to SunToyota to have them rediagnose the truck again. I told Sun toyota that the power steering pump had been replaced, but the steering was still stiff. the diagnostic machine again stated that i needed a pump, they said that the pump that was put in was bad, it was a refurbished pump.

I took my truck back to Touch of Class where Joe said He told Geico that it was the Rack and Pinion..geico  said to replace it. It drives beautiful now. I go back to Sun toyota and speak to Joe the service manager, to tell him  that his diagnostic was incorrect, times 2, showed him the print outs that i got,he would not even look at the paperwork that i had brought from touch of class, he said What are you doin here, you should be at touch of  class, he s the one you paid the money to. He just pushed the 2 diagnostic papers go back there and have Joe call me.   He made me feel like a total fool.

I am a 73 year old woman and do not deserve this runaround"
