"We contracted Ship My Car Online f/CT to Naples Florid-contract $595.00 est. 6 wks prior to depart date of 9/14/13. The wk of the ship we continually called because we had not heard f/the company. Response looking for a driver, etc. On Thursday, two days before p/u date my wife called them she was very upset. Response don't worry, car was packed and we've heard nothing she hangs up and low and behold within the hour they find a driver picking up cars in CT., But now the driver wants $775.00 plus the expediter want $200.00-total $1000.00. The scam is they know you have plane reservations so you'll take the deal regardless of the cost. Well we are people of principle and they should have been upfront we the cost so we did not take the deal, lost $300.00 in plane fare and drove almost 1700 hundred miles. We are seniors we didn't want to drive but we do not like to be taken advantage of and these companies should be up front with a final cost to people. This was like being held up but we didn't go for it and when we refused they became very nasty."

  • Douglas Moses is not our customer and never was. We never had any kind of business with anyone who claims that supposedly is our customer. This person has not placed an order with our company (just got a quote), this person has never signed any agreement or contract with our company, never pay us and we never charge the customer's credit card, so this person does not have any legal basis for his supposedly complaint, besides his inexplicable desire to harm the reputation of our company.
