"I am a homeowner who has allowed this 3rd party leasing company to lease my house under contract with the intent to purchase within 3 years. However the company has been late nearly every month on payment and has yet to completely pay of deposit which was 2400 I have only received 500 dollars. I have been trying to reach them for weeks through 2 different numbers and email but they are not responding. They ignoring my requests to inspect my home and now I have not received payment in almost 2 months I keep getting voicemail. HELP I think this company is a scam!!! They claim to be a Christian company but i think it was a front! At the very least they are unprofessional!!"
