Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have been associated with Protravel Network since April, 6th 2015. Since February 2018, I have been owed $732.92. After countless emails, I have been given the runaround and lied to about my "commission" payout. Today I finally was able to get my account turned off after paying the $59.99 fee each month in hopes of getting my relatively small commission. I have now lost 18 months worth of monthly fees (costing $1,079.82) and the little bit of commission I am owed. The commission's department tells me to look out for emails, the company has been sold and we are issuing commissions soon, etc. The bottom line is they are a scam. When canceling my membership, I was refunded 1 month's fee, even though I clearly in an email requested it 3 months ago and now they are saying I will forfeit all commissions if I cancel, according to their "policy." That same policy states that commissions are paid 4 to 8 weeks after payment, and I am on week # 75 with no commission and false promises. "
