Claimant says:
"I was arrested for trespass warning. They use trespassing laws to stopped us from talking against illegal activities. the police office was mad because i asked him for his badge number he says no and he forced the owner to signed for the trespass warning and he arrested me, they have a wrong driver license for me different from my driver license. the owner says no he don't want me to got arrested, but the police officer forced the owner to signed the paper and the owner signed the trespass warning.The police officer did not have any uniform and also no badge that i can see. The police officer also used forced illegal talk because the police officer told me this is not my country, i can not acted like an American. he also told me this is a white men countryand he says im not an American.The police officer did not read my rights when he arrested me and until today nobody ever read my rights for that arrested. They need to change the trespassing laws because owners and police officers using trespassing laws to do illegal activities. The polie officer arrested me without Due process of law i did not broke any law i was talking for my freedom of speech. I did not have nobody interview me about my arrested. nobody read my rights and they put me in jail without Due process of law. I need justice for me and also for all American people. The police officer discriminate me based on my stereotype, because he told me this is a white men country, United state it's not about black and white it's more about peace and prosperity for everybody in United state of America. we need change in this beautiful country, no more discrimination in this country, this time we need to move forward. that's why we need to change trespassing laws in Florida because trespassing laws created more illegal activities.Because i had a conversation with the police officer when i was in the police car , the officer his a good police officer but he did not used Due process of law he needs to go back to school. because it's not about black and white, it's the mentality. We need to stopped that black and white things it's time for peace and properity in America thank you everybody, love and respect in the name of the lord."
