Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I am a vacation club and destination club owner who used reward points to purchase a travel package (airline miles and a 5 night category 8 hotel package) several months ago. the package was good for I year but could be extended for a subsequent year. I wanted to make a reservation for a category 6 hotel for next September and was told could only change for a category 5 hotel. There was 1 category 5 hotel where I wanted to go. I reluctantly agreed then was told they were not accepting certificates and now there was nothing they could do about it. I cant even use additional points to up grade to a category 6 certificate so I an stuck with a certificate which worth about half of a category 8 that can't be upgraded to something useable."
