Claimant says:
"KLBR was hired and paid $1800 to complete steps and railed porch at front of house, it has been over a month and they have not completed the job. Concrete poured very sloppy, materials not being used laying around in front of house to give home bad image, as we have an in home beauty business. They used water from my home, electricity for drill and borrowed my equipment, such as my wheelbarrow leaving cement on it, dumped trash in my trash can, leaving cement on it, which does not wash off. Rails have not been installed and each time we call they say rails are not in yet, have been order. This has been since June 15th. They started out by coming each day for a short time and then leaving, brought bags of concrete and left on side of driveway and did not come back until after several days and during that time we had a big rain, did not call or bother to come see about the uncovered concrete which would have been ruined had not my son covered with heavy plastic to protect from getting wet. Now this company is giving us the run around. Get same message each time we contact them. They have not finished the job concrete has not been properly poured and smoothed out, rails not here to be fitted into concrete."

  • This company which came to us through contacting Newworx is evidently a fraud company. They have failed to respond to the fact that we have paid them over $1800 for a job not finished and the part done is a hazard and improperly done and they refuse to come to rectify situation, left broken concrete and boards and trash all in front of house poured steps too short to adequately step up or down on. We sent certified letter informing them our intent to go to court which we have no other choice, and the certified letter came back return to sender.

  • KLBR LLC has left concrete unfinished, refuse to finish the job, did not put up rails, made steps too short which is very hazardous. We have contacted them twice and each time they said they would be out to finish and never showed up. I contacted them last they answered the phone and when i spoke they did not answer. This company is a fraud and have left us with a very dangerous situation after paying them over $1800 and they refuse to reply to phone calls , certified mail and regular mail. We would like this settled outside of the courts, but looks like we have no choice.

  • Please make all information Public so no one else will be scammed by this company. KLBR LLC of 147 King Street in Bristol, Ct.06010 phone #860 940- 8968, email:klbrllc@yahoo.com was paid over$1800 to complete a concrete porch with steps and hand rails. The concrete was poured and unfinished, steps made too short creating hazardous conditions, and rails not installed and they refuse to reply to certified mail, regular mail and phone calls. This company was referred to us from networx.
