Claimant says:
"Lack of response to my several calls since they were here to replace my A/C Split Unit last year in August. When my unit was completed it also came with a three year PM maintenance contract that I had transferred from my previous contractor A/C Smart, this was all to be part of my original replacement contract. I have since made several calls to them "Expert Mechanical" but have not received any return call, my latest call was two weeks ago and kindly requested to talk to their manager but was told that he again was out and that she would take my call and if she can't resolve the situation she would have their manager return my call. I then explained my situation of being very disgusted with the lack of response to my several calls and the lack of attention given to me in regards to their Preventive Maintenance Program package. I also was concerned because the fact that no one has come out to even check my unit operating conditions after the replacement. My unit is also a split type package unit having both heating heat furnace and air conditioning and we have gone thru summer and winter to this date without any type of maintenance performed. I am very concerned each passing day because my loan for this A/C is still being paid and I may have a major problem with my unit before all is said and done, so with this complain submittal to your company I can at least have a record some where to offer them in any future problems, but more importantly I hope you can assist me in my situation. Thank you and will await for your expeditious response."
