Claimant says:
"I responded to an ad on Craig's list for a 19' boat for 5500$. I went and looked at it and he said there was nothing wrong with it. "It was in excellent condition". so I bought the boat 4800 cash. After we left I noticed the title said it was only a 16' boat. Plus it only had one name on the signature of this title. When it was registered title to him and his wife. I left it up there for about a week then went got it due to weather. Then when I brought it home I realize that the motor wont turn over, the trolley won't work, neither one of the fish finders don't work, the bilge pump was bad, the power trim goes up but won't come back down, trailer had a spare tire on it that was flat, both batteries were no good I had them tested, the front light was bad and gas gauge is bad. pretty much the only the thing that worked was the radio. so when I called him and told him that all these damages to the boat he told me there was nothing wrong with it he parked it last summer and that I was beat"
