Claimant says:
"i ordered Skin cremes from Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan, MD skin cremes on the internet.  i was told if i bought the Vitamin C creme that i would receive the other 2 cremes free. I bought the Vitamin c creme.   i got a bill from Citi Card for 2 skin cremes--one was 89.95 and the other was 85.95.  i went on the internet under the above and found out that it was a scam.  Citi Card will not accept this and they keep billing me for the skin cremes for 89.95 and 85.95.  I went to the Consumer Protection Financial Agency and Citi Card will not take off the charges.  The Consumer Pro Agency  told me to go to the FCC since it was an internet purchase.  please help me.  i dont have the money to pay for these false charges.  Citi Card sent me a November statement with a zero balance and they are also charging me money for late charges.  i orginally order the cremes on July 31, 2017.  The names of the company that scammed me are Topeyeline and SkinExtend. "

"You were scammed. Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan did NOT endorse or sell you those creams. Their names were illegally used by a deceptive company trying to con you into a useless and very expensive Free Trial product. You paid a small amount for shipping and handling and didn't see the fine print about having to cancel and even return shipments - and sometimes you can't even get through to the company, even if you do see the fine print. Citibank is looking at the Terms you doubtless "agreed to." They are NOT looking at the fact that the company lied to you to begin with. These Free Trial companies are a nightmare and all credit card companies are well aware of how they work. If this company faked an endorsement, does Citibank really want to support that?"
