"I brought a motor scooter C650GT from this dealer on Saturday MARCH 9TH 2013. The engine keeps turning off on me while the bike is in motion. I tried to contact the sales person but no answer and no reply. I believed that the bike is lemon and they knew about it because they had to do a test run before they could sell the bike. I bought the bike brand new with only 2miles on it. The salesman name is FRANK STORELLI. please help me to resolve this matter thank you."

  • i have a voice conversation between Hyatt and Myself on Monday 3/11 when i advised him of the option to either bring in the bike on Monday or tuesday to have service check it out.

    as a matter of fact my service advisor Rodney has Ttuesday(which is my day off) 3/12 and brought to BMW of Manhattan and all matters are addressed.
    and another fact i tried to call MR Swann on the 917 number which i have as his contact and it says the number has been disconnected.
