Claimant says:
"I was a helper to Alan a general contractor, I was his helper in gathering tools etc.
from 05/14 thru 05/17i worked a total of 18 hours, but Alan paid me $50 only.

@ $10 an hour he owe's me $130

The inside of the home was inspected by the home owner and general contractor. I was present and no issues were found. I received $50 but not the $180 owed me. I have witness that I was present for work i was present for work.

    I never painted before as well he has gone through 7 workers gone for other reasons reason or another. he spent one day sleeping on painkillers and I did the work.he never use drop cloth and other painters were present beforme also the home was instpected and passedby the owner. Alan is just pissede in didnt worksunday thants his only beef....also he brages of carrying a hand gun with no permimt

    at the end of my $10 workday he never complained of my work he also has a habit of stealing from works and home depot and lowes... he also scored vicadin from street dealers he underbid the home and blamed me that he had topay me out out of his pocket the honest reason I was not present to help sunday therest is honest whatever I was asked to do i did many times he was 2 hour late a bit of a hothead and carrysa conceal gun with no permit I didnt damage his truck don't drive his truck is all beaten up and he told me use damp cloth the light gray paint would come off idid offer to clean but he said never mind the reason he woks alone is cause he treats workers like war prisioner. oh he spent 2 houra day phone calls to wife while working I did whatever he asked me to do,he just misses my good work the home owner dripping springs knows that ,before we left he inspected and to his
    opinion al lwas well perhaps he should hire a $20 hour painteder, i have not painted in10 years and for$10 you get what you pay for

You need to get the mental help you desperately need. if anyone is taking drugs its you thats why you where fired from your last job drugs (zanex) and alcohol and gambling. as for me taking drugs or what ever it is you say. sorry i cant do that stuff with my heart condition. I will not be responding to any more of these post do what you will and ill see you in court good by and have nice life and get well soon Thank You

  • Larry you can say all the lies and make up all the stories you want. bottom line is you splattered and spilled paint all over the new floors and you cleaned them but I am not going to pay you to clean a mess you made and shouldnt have made it. I felt sorry for you and tryed to help you by giving you some work so you can make a few bucks shame on me now I am done with you. I will bring in my attorney and bring a suit against you.

  • "Mr Larry Dockwiller had told me he knew how to paint when i asked him if he knew how I left him with all supplies needed to paint some door along with plastic and tape to cover the new $2000 floors I just installed. he did not use the plastic and spiled paint all over the new floors. i had him clean the floors it tool him around 25 hour to clean the floors. he was very slow do to being high on zanex I believe so I docked 13 hours from Larry's pay because I should'nt have to pay him to clean his mistake and for damages to my truck when he was closeing the gate he slamed it into the side of my truck. I will not be paying Mr Larry Dockwiller any other money and he is the worst worker you can ask for"
