Claimant says:
"I lost my keys and called AGN Services [locksmith]. I was quoted $149 for a new key and their tech would be there ASAP. Within an hour a tech arrived. He made a new key and 1 hour later I was okay to go. The bill was for $423.00. Breakdown as follows service call $19, Key made $149, computer chip $185, programming labor- $70 Total $423. When I got home I tried my old keys and they do not work. I went to my Honda dealer and he re-programmed all my keys for $94.00. He stated I got overcharged. I believe I did also. When I first called AGN he knew my car style and knew I had a "high security key" but never mentioned the price would be anything except $149. A big surprise to me. I got taken advantage of. Help!"
