Claimant says:
"I paid $265 for a three year service contract on April 28, 2014. My A/C units were checked out and reported to be in good order. On May 24, 2014, my cooling system wouldn't come on. Since it was a holiday weekend my service man came out on May 27, 2014. He informed me that my capacitor and wires were ruined and needed replacement. He told me the charge would be $235. I was shocked and asked him to leave. I subsequently bought a capacitor for $ll.50 at Climate Control Services, 561-738-9101. The wires were undamaged.

I have had other contracts with this company over the years and have become suspicious of their business practices. I am wondering if I am being taken advantage of because I am a
single woman in my eighties. I would like my contract cost of $265 to be returned.
