"As a realtor, I attended the initial grand opening and another realtor function at this community. We were told they paid referral fees to realtors. I referred client to Villages of Towne Lake while on vacation. She leased property. When returned from vacation, spoke to manager and submitted invoice. After more than a month, several calls, voice mails, etc. I have still not been paid."

  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "All companies must be registered with Compliance Depot in order to make payments. A request was submitted through Compliance Depot requesting the necessary forms to have this vendor set up. After they were not able to acquire the forms, I contacted Deanna Purdue who was able to assist me. The proper forms have been submitted to Compliance Depot. Once they have verified the forms, the set up will be complete and the check for this invoice will be mailed. "
